Set timeline range = Go to frame you want to set as S(start) or E(end).

Rip UV vertex

Disable (rip vertex so shared vertex can be moved) = Shift+C
Shared location (default) = Alt+C

Recalculate Roll

Recalculate Roll = Ctrl + N.

Add Bone

Add Bone = Shift + A

Roll Armature Bone

Roll Armature Bone = Select bone in edit mode and hit Ctrl + R.

Scale Armature

Scale Armature = Alt + S.
